Summer time is prime time for ice cream- but skip the calories and cool down with this sweet (healthy) treat!
- 1 Scoop Chocolate Protein Mix
- 8 oz Coconut Milk
- 1 tsp Raw Cocoa Powder
- Drop of Coconut Extract
- 1/3 Banana or 1/2 Avocado (to thicken, if it’s already frozen that’s even better!)
